PsycHR’s Wellbeing Assessments are used for individual cases, typically where the employee has had regular short term absences, is on long term sick leave, or there is a performance or behavioural change which is is suspected to be related to wellbeing.
One of our consultants will carry out a consultation with the employee to gain a wholistic picture of work to personal life, determine if there is any medical history. PsycHR produce a full report with a summary, flag any legal risks and make recommendations. We also carry out follow ups.
